TIGER SUGAR

The place looks nice and clean, but the service is terrible. Talking to the lady is like talking to a robot. She was on her phone all the time. I skiped the screen and I went to the cashier because I wanted my drink with no sugar. I ordered a milk bobba tea saying "no sugar", she said OK and I repeated it and she assented one more time. Usually in other bubble tea places, this is possible. In this place this is not possible. If they cannot offer it, why she didn't clarify it. That's why I went to talk to a real person instead of ordering online. When I complained she barely looked at me and continued at her phone

We walked in at 8:52pm (9pm closing) but the 2 guys working were generous enough to quickly make our drinks for us. Thanks so much! Second time visiting and service and quality were both great.

I had a really enjoyable experience at Tiger Sugar! The space is clean, modern, and has a really cool aesthetic—the tiger-themed decor and cozy seating make it a nice place to relax or hang out. I ordered the fresh taro drink, and it was really good. It had a nice flavor and wasn’t overly sweet, which I appreciated. The texture was smooth and creamy, and the boba had a nice chew, though it could’ve been slightly warmer for that perfect consistency. Service was quick and the atmosphere was calm, which made the visit even better. Overall, a solid spot for quality boba. Definitely coming back to try more drinks!

Good bubble tea spot. Took 2 kids here to satisfy their sweet tooth and a break from the summer heat. 😊 Fast ordering or use the kiosk if you prefer more time to choose. Some limited pastries & cakes. Inside seating available and comfortable. Drinks are around $8-$10. A bit pricey and I think it’s a fad…

Great New Bubble tea place. The first time, it is a little overwhelming and confusing. The staff was very patient and friendly. They helped me explain a few of the drinks. The taro has fresh taro which is rare in bubble tea. The classic bubble tea is really delicious. I want to try more of the Teas in the future. If you are in the area definitely try it out.
